Mr. Anderson brings over 25 years of business experience with an emphasis on strategic planning, communications, and creative marketing. He has been instrumental in facilitating several millions of dollars in financing's for both public and private enterprise with a recent focus on the mineral exploration industry.
Mr. Forseille is a professional geoscientist who also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting. He has worked in the mining and oil and gas and mining industry for over fifteen years. Over the last eleven years, Mr. Forseille has served on various resource-based public company boards focused on minerals and oil and gas exploration. Mr. Forseille has held positions including Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Exploration Manager. Previously, he was employed as a geologist with Cameco Corp. engaged in Gold, Uranium and industrial minerals exploration. Mr. Forseille also worked as an accountant for Imperial Oil Resources Ltd.
Mr. Snider brings valuable experience to the Company from working in the mining iindustry in the South Western States. Travis is Senior Vice President of PTX Engineering Services a Mine Engineering Company. Travis has worked for several major mine engineering companies as well he worked for Phelps Dodge in exploration and as a plant manager. Travis has a B.S in Environmental Chemistry from Arizona State University.
Mr. Claydon has been a director of Alliance since December 31, 2010. Since the fall of 2008, Mr. Claydon has been a director, CEO and President of Totem Minerals Inc. a reporting issuer listed on the TSXV. On December 21, 2010, Totem completed a plan of arrangement with privately-held Abzu Resources Ltd., whereby Totem acquired 3000 km2 of highly prospective gold concessions in Ghana, West Africa. Mr. Claydon resigned as CEO and President of Totem, now renamed Abzu Gold Ltd., but remained a director until February 2011. Mr. Claydon has held executive positions and/or directorships in several publicly-listed exploration companies including Ultra Lithium Inc., Olympic Resources, Silver Lake Resources Inc., Urastar Energy Inc., Electra Gold Ltd. and Mammoth Capital Corp. He was appointed to the board of directors of Greenlight Resources Inc., a TSXV-listed company on September 13, 2011. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1992.
