HOW TO INVEST IN ALLIANCE MINING'S SECURITIES?

The most convenient way is to purchase shares through the Canadian National Stock Exchange via your online brokerage account or through your Investment adviser. The Company's stock ticker symbol is: ALM trading on the CNSX. Alliance Mining's securities qualify as an RRSP Investment.
The other way is to invest is by participating through a Private Placement offering when they are announced. Alliance Mining may use one of two types of Private Placement Offerings. An Offering Memorandum Offering are special documents that allows most of the general public to participate after receiving and viewing all the required documentation in the correct form. The other type of Private Placements the Company may use are the Accredited Investor Exemption. These Private Placements are targeted to qualified individuals (Wealthy Individuals) who meet the "Accredited Investor" definition as defined by the Canadian Securities Commissions and the SEC for US investors.
INVESTORS FAQ:
What are the advantages in participating in a Private Placement verses buying through the exchange?
The main advantage for Investors is that Private Placements usually offer Warrants along with the shares they purchase. Warrants give the shareholder an additional option to buy more shares at a certain price over a period of time.
Are the shares cheaper to buy through a Private Placement than buying through the Exchange?
Usually they are sold at a discount price from the market price but there may be times that shares are trading lower than the offering price. Depending on the liquidity of the stock, the stock may be trading lower but the chances of acquiring the number of shares you wish to buy may be hard to achieve.
