Alliance Mining is very pleased to announce that the company has signed an option agreement (definitive agreement) for the Comstock Lode tailing properties pursuant to a letter of Intent that was announced on April 15, 2008.

Jan Ross announced that he holds an aggregate of 1,916,000 common shares of Alliance (“Shares”) and options (“Options”) to acquire 400,000 Shares, which collectively represent 28.53% of the issued and outstanding Shares, assuming the exercise of the Options held by Mr. Ross.

Alliance Mining Corp. is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a Letter of Intent to Option four mine tailing dumps in Storey County, Nevada. The mine tailings were derived from the famous “Comstock Lode Mines” that were most active between 1859- 1879. The Comstock Lode is reported as some of the richest silver and gold mines ever mined in North America.
